We are seeking outside Sales Reps to help us grow in the Treasure Valley. No BS... this is a sales job so you'll get what you put into it, which could be totally awesome! Your role with Wheelbarrow Media is a key “hunter" sales position that drives revenue and grows our market share. As a Sales Associate at Wheelbarrow Media, you’ll have the opportunity to significantly contribute to the growth of our business by consistently identifying new sources of business, maintaining high productivity and sales standards and achieve sales quotas within your territory.
We’re a young start-up with a growing team so you will interact with everyone in the office and provide input on the sales process and product. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will consistently identify new sources of business, maintain high productivity and sales standards and achieve sales quotas within your protected territory.Meet monthly sales targets according to sales plan.Participate in weekly sales meetings and articulate market feedbackTake on higher-level tasks as needed.Cold-calling businesses in person, from major corporations to small businessesRunning meetings with potential clients to analyze their needs and present the appropriate solutionsNegotiating sales contractsOverseeing account installations
Desired Skills & Experience:
Ideal qualifications include:0-2 years of sales experience. Ability to thrive in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication skills both written and oral. Ability to work autonomously while maintaining focus and work ethic.
Exceptional communication, negotiation and time management skills. Establish rapport with people from all walks of life; wear different hats based on each client’s needs and is open to coaching and advice.
Additional requirements for the Outside Sales Representative include:
High school diploma, Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred 1 year of outside business to business sales experience with a track record of success prefferred but not required Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM and handheld devices like a Iphone or droid Ability to develop sales strategies. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
